Ladies and Gentlemen: I want you to know the bunk bed we ordered has arrived and I have fully assembled it. The grandchildren are ecstatic and my daughter loves it. Because I had the opportunity to put it together I wanted to comment on the high quality of this bed. It really turned out to be hardwood and the process used to put it together gave me great peace of mind that I bought a quality, SAFE unit for my grandchildren. Sometimes you feel as though it's a "crap shoot" when ordering on line and all you have to go by is the picture but the fact is, your company represented the product as it really was. Still, it's just a bed. What made the whole process impressive was your customer service. Through no fault of your own, the shipper accidentally damaged the original shipment. Your exemplary customer service staff immediately sent a replacement. I didn't have to wait until you received it, you just got it handled. Your customer service staff did a phenomenal job of following up with me to assure my satisfaction and to keep me abreast of the status of the new shipment. Your service is on par with that of Nieman Marcus and the Ritz (I've experienced both). My wish is for your company's continued success during these challenging economic times so others will have the opportunity to experience your great customer service and products.

Very helpful... Manufacturer did not include directions in package - sent email on a Sunday and DMD emailed back PDF copy within 5 minutes. Very appreciative!!!

We are totally happy with the service and product value of our new bed! Decor and More kept us informed throughout this transaction - quickly responding to questions we had before the purchase - and kept us posted when we had to have a replacement piece shipped due to damage during delivery. We were the recipient of the best customer service Ive had on ANY Internet purchase! And the bed is great. The design and workmanship is excellent. Assembly instructions were straightforward and accurate. 5 stars all across, except for the delay in getting a replacement piece - but that was the trucking companys error, not the manufacturer or Decor and More. Thank you!

Bed was just as advertised; perhaps exceeded expectation. Great quality value. Merchant emails kept me posted as to the progress. Bed received in a timely manner; excellent condition. One small issue is the pre-drilled holes in one of the four drawer fronts were drilled an inch too high. Undecided here as to whether to contact customer service...or just re-drill them myself. I expect this was a goof by Day and Night, the supplier and not the fault of the merchant. I would purchase this again.

I had a slight problem with the color of the bed i purchased but it was resolved immediately. The customer service was great and they really help you and making sure that youre satisfied on your purchase. I would rate 4 out of 5 which is the highest score in overall rating. Service was prompt and efficient. I was called regarding the best time for delivery as promised, and my order arrived right on time, with a friendly and helpful delivery team. The bed is just right, assembly was easy and it looks as described in the picture. I would use this vendor again without hesitation and highly recommend it to other shoppers.

Sometimes it is very difficult to purchase furnishings on line. Buying from DECOR and MORE made my purchase very easy. The product description including size and pictures were extremely accurate.The ordering process was very simple and the prices were the cheapest I could find. I received my product a lot faster than expected being that it was a large item I thought it would take much longer. Decor and More kept me up to date with emails every step of the way and letting me know when the item was shipped. The product itself was fantastic, and I will recomend DECOR and MORE to my Family and Friends.

We shopped and shopped around so I know we found the best price with Decor and More. Our order was shipped quickly. We didnt receive 1 box and 1 had a piece broken, but it was a shipping problem and was handled immediately by Decor and More. We are very satisfied and would definately buy from them again!

We purchased bunkbeds and I shopped the internet sites extensively. I feel the bunkbeds are very high quality and I am very happy w/the purchase. Be careful of the delivery methods... it was free but the items are loaded onto a big rig and they have to fit that truck on your street. Luckily he (the driver) put the boxes on my porch because my wife was unable to lift them. Overall very satisfied.

Good price and quick delivery on the loft bed w/slide. With two people the boxes were no problem carrying in. All the parts were there, and the needed L-Wrench was included. Assembly was very easy. My wife and I had it up in about 40 minutes. Very satisfied customer, and my daughter loves the bed.

I had previously ordered a futon set from another company earlier in the week. This was to be the bed my 60+ year old parents would be sleeping on when they came for Thanksgiving holiday. But for some reason the other compnay held the order for 3 days before processing then informed me it might not make it in time. I went back on line and found Decor and More Direct and contacted their customer support using the online chat. ( I was in bed with flu at time. ) They assured me there would be no problem getting it to me on time just 4 days later. Not only did they deliver early but it was perfect. My dad arrived with a cold and spent almost 48 hours in the bed. He loved it. ( very rare for my dad. ) It is beautiful and highly functional. This was an excellent experience and I thank Decor and More Direct for helping solve a problem and more.

We bought a kids bed from Decor and More. They had a good selection at the best price I have seen. I wanted to call and ask a question, but there was no phone number that I could find on their web site and that made me a little uncomfortable. They processed my order and provided shipping information quickly. The item came via Fedex Freight and not some fly-by-night shipping company and that put my mind at ease. The order arrived complete and in good condition.
